Esquimalt United is a progressive Christian community with deep roots in our neighbourhood and branches reaching out far and wide.

Music, laughter, and listening for the Spirit at work in our midst hold us together and draw newcomers in.

We take the Bible seriously but not literally, we incorporate ancient tradition and contemporary expression, and we celebrate travelling in faith together.

We are a congregation of the United Church of Canada. As such, we welcome the ministry and participation of all people, regardless of ethnic and cultural background, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, economic status.  We are beginning the process of becoming an official Affirming Congregation within the United Church of Canada.

Whoever you are and whatever your path of faith, you are welcome to come and join us at our Sunday service at 10.30 am. Zoom in or join in person.  We are not requiring masks, although you are free to wear one if you wish.

Contact us by email through the Church Office or  through Facebook  for more information.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Since time immemorial Indigenous people have walked in this land, on their own country. Their relationship with the land is at the centre of their lives. We acknowledge with deep gratitude the Lekwungen peoples, known today as the Songhees and Esquimalt nations, on whose traditional territory we gather to sing, pray, reflect and recommit ourselves to Creator.
